Understanding and using concepts can be hard for some children, the best way to develop concepts is by experiencing them. The activities below are a small selection of ideas that could be used to target concepts (NB always talk to a speech and language therapist or other relevant professional if you are concerned about your child's speech and language development or for advice about how to teach concepts).
